Perfect location on the strip!!! But surprisingly peaceful and quiet! We parked and never took the car anywhere until we left, everything was in walking distance. This is an older hotel with rustic charm but I'll take that over modern anyday. Staff were friendly and room was very clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location! A vast and delicious breakfast served in the morning. The bathroom has been updated and is a really nice shower - the beds were also very comfortable. It's an older building - but the things that you want nice are! Very friendly parking attendant. The front desk worker handed me a list of restaurants in the area, but didn't tell me the wifi password was listed on the bottom. The old phone in the room had no instructions on how to call front desk.

2nd year in a row we’ve chosen this place to stay and the price and quality has remained the same. There’s no better nor convenient place to stay in the middle of a busy Gatlinburg.

If you like old-world charm with modern amenities this is for you. And then there’s the super friendly and helpful staff, and the convenient location right downtown. Perfect for a visit to Gatlinburg.
