Parking was extremely difficult. I realize most people probably don’t have a car, but we did. The staff had to ride with us to put our car in the garage. Check-in was extremely slow. Then as we headed out sight seeing the staff asked us to leave our key to the room with them at the front desk. Weird!

Fabulous boutique hotel. The staff and owner treated guests with respect and did everything to ensure satisfaction. It was an absolute delight to stay there for our 3 nights in Geneva.
