This property is perfect for visiting Alhambra and taking the hop on hop off bus through Granada. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Buffet breakfast were limited, the food was good but could have been hotter. Rooms and common areas were great.

The hotel is ideal for visiting Alhambra. Five minutes walking to the entrance. Parking fee is high 22 euro per night. The food at dinner buffet is average.

Property was very far from the city, on a hill. Have to climb up the hill even after getting off the bus. Did not give us shampoo or water (for a four star, we would have expected better).

The location is perfect for Alhambra. Also, the facility is super clean and convenient with all amenities. All the staff are very nice and informative.

Staff at front desk were rude and dismissive. Had to call twice to request towels since they cleaned the room and didn't leave any. In the morning, they cut off the water without notice. Food at dinner buffet was cold due to problems with heaters. To get out of the parking lot, we had to go twice to front desk since they didn't monitor the cameras.

I have stayed here several times as it is so convenient for the Alhambra... just walk across the road! It is also easy to walk down into the city or use one of the frequent buses. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff friendly and helpful
