The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even proactive in helping me avoid a problem before I checked in. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Pillows at this chain are not the greatest (too flat) but otherwise our stay was very pleasant

The lobby clerk was very friendly and efficient. One of my fastest checks ins ever. Room is quite large and was clean. The dog area isn’t the best but not the worst. They provide poop bags but unfortunately too many people must feel it’s beneath them to clean up after their dog.

You can hear EVERYTHING. The beds are uncomfortable. The gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly and informative about nearby restaurants.

When I checked in I was told there was coffee & tea in the lobby from 7-10am, when I asked where the coffee was at 9am I was told it was gone! Not very happy about that!
