Staff was very nice but Hotel needs some real updating. Furniture in our suite room was not very clean and really worn and torn. Bathroom faucet was crazy to even use or to get it to shut off. Had a TV in bedroom area and none in sitting area where couch would be more comfortable for watching. Back entrance door had no security as no key needed to open it. Won’t be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

Desk staff very nice. Check in efficient. Entry way gathering room beautiful. Beds comfortable. Close to restaurants and has one on site. Nice indoor pool. Property is dated, but satisfactory.

The furniture looks like it came from a second hand store. Very old, torn, and scratched up. The carpet has stains everywhere and looks like it was put in in the early 2000's. Old, faded picture on the wall. There on pieces on the wall that falling apart. Tile in the bathroom is dirty and cracked. The only thing that look nice were the beds. Bedding looked clean and white. We chose this hotel because of the Ramada name and paid approx. $150 for each room for the night. We will definitely be more aware next time.

It says breakfast is provided but that is total lie. And even though I didn’t check out, at 8:30 housekeeper knocked the door multiple times then opened the door until said ‘ I am still sleeping’. That is total inconsiderate.

I got the Suite room and it was full of stains and spider webs on the ceiling,half of the lights in the room were either missing or not functioning,also bathtub was chipped and rusty. I don’t believe room was cleaned because I found pieces of nails and pretzels on the floor and also blood looking stains on curtains…very dirty room. Front desk stuff was below average…in 3 days that I was there I only saw the front desk staff only once. A lot of noise was coming from above us and falling asleep was a challenge because of this. I would never come back or recommending this Hotel to any of my friends and family.Pretty disgusting and disappointing
