It is a very nice, new hotel. Nicely decorated rooms with lots of whimsy. The most comfortable pillows and a very well-stocked mini-bar The only downside was that they were unable to get their card keys to work, so every time we left and came back to our room, a member of the staff would have to go with us and unlock the door! The computers were still down the next morning. Other than that, it was great and we would stay again.

The person who came up from the front desk actually made the problem worse by turning up the heat, which triggered the AC. No way to close the bed. One of the worst experiences Ive had in a hotel.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel!
The Olive Ann is a beautiful boutique hotel. The attention to detail in the rooms was wonderful. Coffee and breakfast in Dweetwater were great, loved not having to drive to a coffee shop for that morning cup. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be my first choice in GF from now on.
