Disgusting place, it’s like a squat house!!!
Disgusting hotel that double book your room when you arrive late obviously thinking I wasn’t going to turn up even though I’d payed for the week. I arrived a day late due to medical reasons and found someone else had stayed in my room the previous night (which I’d also payed for in advance for) Hotel is dirty and flea ridden. Staff are arrogant. Il upload pictures of the room I turned up to which was disgusting and stunk of urine and vomit. The door lock was also broken and wouldn’t lock so anyone could just walk in. Honestly people don’t entertain it, no matter how desperate you are. Asked for a refund as the room was so bad and didn’t feel safe to stay in so I had to book somewhere else and was refused.
Aparantly this is acceptable to turn up to when you first arrive

I paid for a triple suite and was given a twin room! My friend couldn't get into their room at all, the code was working but the door wouldn't open at all, called the 'emergency number' and was just told 'it should work' so ended up with 2 of us squeezing into a single bed. No mirror in the room at all and even though we had a kettle we had no cups to use
