I only stayed one night. The room was set up nicely, has a homey feel. It was clean and didnt have the 'lysol' smell some use. It suited me perfectly. I will be coming this way again and will definately stay here.

Manager Did Not Honor His Word
Room not properly cleaned: found pistachio shells on the carpet and the charging cord from a previous guest's laptop still plugged in. Had booked non-smoking room, but the whole hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. No elevator on site. Had not checked my work e-mails before checking in, and booked to stay for the weekend. Upon settling in and checking my e-mails, I found I was required to be some distance away the next day. I spoke with the hotel mnager, who aapproved aa reducced stay. He would not, however, respond to the agent from hotels.com - so I was charged in full for two nights I did not stay. Will not use or recommend this hotel.

Ridiculous fee
I was disappointed to learn that there is a fee to take the complimentary breakfast to your room. I prefer to eat in peace and privacy in my own room. Luckily I was alone in the breakfast area and could eat in peace otherwise I would have trashed my plate and checked out. I’ve paid for my room and I’ve paid the incidental fee which by the way is too much! $100. Are these fees actually used to fix and repair? Because my grab bar in the bath tub has a huge hole and needs to be replaced. Picture below. I should not have to pay to carry out my free plate to my room.
