The Space:
This is a basement apartment close to the downtown in Halifax. Although it's a basement unit, there are well placed windows where natural light enters quite well.

There is lots of space inside, roughly 1000 sqft, and will be very comfortable for long term stays if needed!

There is also one parking space available to park your car, which is close to the entrance.

There is no cable tv or air conditioning in this house.

We have a spot in the back parking lot.
However, be mindful of the clearance for the driveway. It is a very tight squeeze. Maximum height of 6’ 5” (195Cm) and width of about 7’ (213 cm).
And the spot is covered, which unfortunately makes the clearance very low at about 5’ 8”(172cm).
Please keep in mind before booking.

Only one pet is allowed per stay.
The second pet is only upon request before a reservation.
Pet is limited up to 50 pounds.

Disappointing.
Broken blinds. Faulty stovetop. Broken washing machine. Backwards kitchen taps. Rat poison in drawer. Garbage all over drive/entry/parking. Basement damp/dark. NOT as shown in pictures. Very misleading. No coffee maker even after told it would be delivered. We coped but will NEVER use VRBO again.
