Temperature in room poor, garbage cans not emptied from previous guest, bedding poor, denied a thirty to 60 minute late checkout and told they were fully booked. I've never experienced this in all my years of travelling. Booking are still available on-line while I write this review. Not impressed and won't stay here again.
