I have stayed here many times. This trip was the first time that two lightbulbs were out. They were promptly fixed. I cranked up the heat but was still freezing all night. It was only when I checked out that I saw the comforters by the front desk.. Also, have you considered getting better pillow that are soft? Rubber pillows are very uncomfortable. Love the many tv stations.

Hidden gem in hometown comfort
We love this hotel in a hidden gem. We stay here as frequently as possible when traveling in the Shenandoah area of Virginia. Very warm and inviting. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Love love love this place

Clean bed, clean rug, clean sink, clean restroom. The thermostat in each room is set up to not be wasteful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the staff has always been friendly each time I've stayed.

The Inn was beautiful! Room was clean and even had an outdoor seating area in the back. Pet friendly with ample space for dog walking. Would love to stay again!
