The interaction with the front desk person was very unimpressive. We felt as though we were bothering her by entering the building. Not welcoming or friendly and she definitely was not service minded. We received our key card, went to our designated room, opened the lock which turned green and the door was locked using the flip lock! The room was already rented out! We had to go back to “ms. Unwelcome” I stated that there was a very unhappy man in the room she just assigned us- her response was “oh”. She assigned us a different room- never an apology, not even an oops! What a rock. The bed was ok and the room clean enough but geez not worth $180 To be treated like a pest!

Quiet and peaceful, very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Arrived around 7:30 PM with a hungry teenage boy; staff directed us to a Buffalo Wild Wings just out the back door. We walked over, got our order and back to our room in just a few minutes, and the food was fresh, hot and good.

Clean and Comfortable
This was my second time at this property in the past few week and it didn't disappoint. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay here whenever I'm in Laurel.

Mediocrity
The person at the front desk wasn't rude, but certainly didnt seem to love her job. The bathroom in our room was quite dirty; the tub didn't look like it had been cleaned (there was hair around the tub), and the floor was dirty. It's sad that we had to settle for that level of uncleanness because telling the front desk would require us to change rooms which would be a lot of effort, and who knows what the next room might be like. This is what it has come to when you stay at most hotels! Housekeepers get paid lousy money; it's terrible work, and they aren't allowed enough time to clean each room, so we are forced to settle for mediocrity! Breakfast was okay, but most of the hot food, wasn't hot!

Floor had food from the last customer. Windows were filthy. Great breakfast. Location was highway convenient. Nearby restaurant.
