Poor water pressure
Water pressure was extremely low. No luggage carts were available first thing in the morning, service representative said she would check the different floors for carts. I found one on the second floor 20 minutes later went downstairs, service representative never looked for a cart for me. Service represents do not act like they want to be inconvenienced on the night shift.
