We had to switch rooms because of a leaking toilet. Which was very inconvenient, giving it being on the second floor where we had no luggage carts to use. There was also no elevator which meant we had to carry everything upstairs, we have kids so we had quiet a few things. It's was quiet and restful. Pool was still closed for the season but fitness room was open. Hot breakfast every morning, although limited to the same items every day, but food is food and we didn't go hungry. Staff was distant and house keeping was a lil rude. But front desk was pollite but to the point.

They take check out room inspections seriously.
Clean room. Except maybe carpet. But just don’t walk barefoot. Grateful breakfast goes to till 10. Normal egg, meat, breads, waffle and cereal. Great friendly staff. Check in is a little slow compared to some. And don’t forget to have your $100 deposit. Cash or card. (Returned after room inspection during check out)

Actual smoking and non smoking. Clean.
Great spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Convenient parking right outside your door. Many security cameras throughout property. Strict rules about having company visit your room. They issue parking pass for registered guest. Breakfast served till 10am every day. Large guest breakfast area. ie- waffle, scrambled eggs, Sauage, choice of bed. choice of cereal. choice of Danishes. All staff I encountered were very professional and friendly. -- All areas of hotel I encountered were clean and safe. Room inspection during check prior to return of $100 deposit.
