The hotel & area was very nice & chose it because of the Lake view room we booked based on the pictures & advertisement, but upon checking in was told the only room left was not lake view & the next day when confronted front desk that not only was our room not lake view as we booked for our Anniversary showing pictures of what was advertised to us that we were booking vs what we got, which was a view of a big wall & asked if there was anything they could do to make it right, was very rudely told no & basically you get what you get and there was nothing that they were going to do especially since we booked thru a 3rd party.
