I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent reservation at yourhotel. Despite my anticipation for a comfortable and relaxing stay, I encountered two significant issues: * The absence of hot water * A dirty and unkempt room with visible stains on the bed and chair, and dust accumulation Upon discovering these issues, I immediately returned to the front desk, but unfortunately, there was no one present to assist me. I also tried calling the hotel's phone number, but my call went unanswered. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I decided to leave the hotel and book an alternative accommodation that met basic cleanliness standards.

Do NOT stay here...danger
shady..no heat...the pictures are wrong...hardly anything for breakfesr...pool and hot tub closed....dirty , dank, mildewy, smells like dog. Man jumped out of window next to our room before our stay...we saw the broken window with cardboard...the lobby carpeting was gone due to him bleeding on it....one report was that he died...another from management said he survived but was he is barred from the property ( from google reviews)...this list goes on....we left
