Suspicious people hanging outside. Came back to hotel to find a car with no tires!!! Need to keep the room clean not just “smell” clean. Use different products. Smelt like I was at home with the fabuloso used.

Booked and paid for a room, but found out they had overbooked and a room really wasn't avsilable because of a massive airport screw-up. Lucky I called before to ask about their shuttle when I found that the hotels.com system was actually sold out. Trying to find a room and get my last minute booking refunded was hard,

Rust in tub, carpet in room was dirty, trash was left in drawers, staff not friendly, had to have key redone multiple times and was never asked to present ID., bed was hard as stone, vent in bathroom sounded like a helicopter, and mold in bathroom. We will never stay here again.

My stay was for 3 days at this hotel. I traveled in from New Orleans to bring my son to college.. The staff was dismissive, possibly racist and not guest friendly. Someone truck window was broken into in the parking lot, i went to the front desk to report it and ask for the police to be called, nothing happened. Remind you we must report our license plate numbers at the front desk.. i think there management needs to be checked....the whole experience wasnt welcoming 😕

The air vent in the bathroom sounded like a boat motor when the light was turned on. We stayed 3 nights and had problems with the key everytime we tried to enter the door. And no it was not set aside my cell phone.
