We can not rate the Hyatt because unfortunately we received a call from the Hyatt about 1 hour before checkin saying that they were moving us to the Holiday Inn Express in which we particularly did not want to stay at . Therefore our total experience was horrible. We picked the Hyatt for specific reasons including comfort and style. If we wanted to stay at a Holiday Inn Expess, we would have booked one. Also, A Holiday Inn express shouldnt be the same price as a Hyatt. We were very disappointed!

Ants in bathroom
I stayed for one night for a business trip. Noticed in the morning while I was getting ready that the bathroom was covered with ants. Room was comfortable otherwise, but I probably won’t stay here again.
