Prometeu e entregou tudo
A casa é muito boa. Está em perfeito estado de conservação. As 5 suítes são boas! Recomendo para amigos e família. Fica a 10 min de carro da vila, região de muitos restaurantes. Os únicos pontos são que pra ir pra praia precisa de carro (muitas subidas) e a casa fica em um tereno alto, que exige subir escadas (apesar de ter um elevador pequeno). Apesar disso, tem uma vista incrível!! Passamos o ano novo e conseguimos ver muitos fogos. Então, nossa estadia foi excelente, comportou muito bem a todos, e o auxílio da Erica foi ótimo com o café e com a manutenção da limpeza da casa, além de ter sido muito prestativa. Super indico e inclusive voltaremos.

Ilhabela, casa bela.
Vista maravilhosa, decoração, incrível. Único problema é precisr do carro para se deslocar porque a casa é muito alta. Por outro lado, por ser alta, a vista é especial.

A casa é incrível, com uma vista linda de ilhabela. Muito aconchegante e espaçosa. A Erica é muito simpática e prestativa. O Sr. Ronaldo também. Apenas alerto para que cheguem à casa com carro alto, uma vez que o acesso é um muito complicado. Entretanto, nada tira a beleza do lugar! Estadia perfeita para curtir a natureza, família e amigos.

ÓTIMA OPÇÃO DE LOCAÇÃO POR TEMPORADA
Difícil descrever quando tudo foi perfeito. Inicialmente, destaco o carinho e dedicação da caseira ERIKA, que esteve sempre disponível e pronta a solucionar eventuais dificuldades (que via de regra se tem quando não é morador do imóvel); depois o cuidado do Anfitrião em saber se estava tudo bem na hospedagem; e por fim a acomodação que é um primor, por se tratar de imóvel de moradia do anfitrião, tudo ofertado é com muito carinho e primor. A vista do local é cinematográfica. A acomodação por ser em local alto, dispõe de elevador para o deslocamento do estacionamento para a casa. Tudo perfeito. Não posso deixar de enaltecer o anfitrião durante o período que antecedeu minha reserva, sempre esteve pronto a prestar quaisquer dúvidas que tinha sobre a locação. Dos utensílios disponíveis na cozinha faço apenas uma ressalva não haver batadeira, e como nosso grupo gosta de cozinhar, desde pães a bolos, e fazer diversas guloseimas, fez falta este utensílio. Fica uma dica, o local supera as expectativas daquilo que é divulgado nesta plataforma. Um detalhe importante, foi que o anfitrião me possibilitou visitar a casa antes. Enfim, tudo perfeito, e uma das melhores opções de locação por temporada, e posso afirmar que vale cada centavo investido. A localização é boa, fica em Siriúba (logo após o Hotel Mercedes - para quem conhece a região), e apesar de ficar em região alta, o deslocamento para praia faz necessário de carro, mas logo no final da rua, tem uma praia que dá para ir tranquilamente com o carro. Podem alugar que vão curtir muito e desfrutar de bons momentos para vcs, familiares e amigos
