A rundown Weekly, Monthly Motel.
This is a weekly, monthly motel. They acted like they didn’t even have my reservation. They don’t want you in lobby. Want you to check in an outside window where you can’t hear them talk. NO BREAKFAST! Getting run down with no efforts seen to update. They do NOT follow ADA pet guidelines. Make sure you remember all paperwork for your service animal.

The staff were very friendky and very helpful . The beds need to be more comfortable hard as rocks. As im short and handicaped bed was too tall for me to.get on. Staff found me a step stool. I appreciated vey much. Excellent stay

It even better
We stayed in the motel in May of this year and they were finishing up renovations and I rated it excellent then because of it overall condition then. Not only have they finished the inside but now have add a beautiful flower garden outside the front entrance and added a covered outside setting at the north end of the building. The prices are still the same and the owners remember their customers. If you are in the Parsons area you will find one of the finest locally owned motels in the central USA.
