The staff were rude on the morning and third shift. The hotel was busy with a baseball team and the parents of this team were in the lobby getting drunk and allowing their kids to run crazy all over the hotel. We had to leave the pool because of these kids as well. They were not supervised at all. The hotel staff did nothing. They didnt ask the parents to not drink in the lobby or in the pool area and they said nothing about the noise. The beds were rock hard and the promised breakfast was empty the first day and didn’t open on time on our final day. The only positive is the rooms were clean.

Pool had mold in it and bathroom in my room was nasty and there was hair all over my pillows. The room smelled of cigarettes in the middle of night. My daughter wasn’t able to swim as planned due to mold and the pool being unclean

I liked this place
Room was clean and for once the water pressure was high enough that I could get the shampoo rinsed from my hair! I thought breakfast was really good. They had waffles, sausage, eggs, bagel, cereal. Coffee available in the rooms and also in the lobby available 24/7. The gentleman who was there when I checked in was extremely very insistent that I know the NO SMOKING IN THE ROOMS policy. He mentioned it 3 times. I know it is a non smoking hotel, sir. Did I look like a smoker, or something? The ladies working at 11am checkout were polite and helpful.
