The ladies at the check in counter really very friendly and helpful. The room is nice, spacious and clean. You can walk downtown where there’s lots of restaurants and shopping. Parking in the parking garage was limited and spaces were tight.

I stay here monthly and consistently wait for check in. No one is at the desk. Stood for minutes today, only to be told that I would have to go around to the other hotel for check in. Maybe put a doorbell people can ring when service is needed. I can appreciate that having someone at the desk all of the time during slow periods is not realistic, but provide a solution.
