No hot water for DAYS! The staff are incredibly unprofessional and rude. The front office staff have zero idea on how to answer questions or concerns. The office is never open for the full operating hours. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff will just walk into your room at 8 am without announcing themselves or knocking. During our 4 month stay, our hot water was not working for weeks at a time and they did NOTHING to help compensate...no discount, no apology, no free night...nothing. all they told us to do is call corporate, which, just referred us back to the hotel GM (and no contact was made after that). They also charge $10.99/ week if you want a towel or linen exchange. The free internet is a joke, and if you want high speed its an additional $20/week. To say it was a disappointment if an understatement. I will NEVER stay at a Woodspring Suites or a CHOICE affiliated hotel again. Worst experience ever!

Some work is needed
Left a lot to be desired. No one at front desk, had to call a number to get someone (odd for 8:00pm). Girl that came to the window was not friendly. One could tell she didn’t really care and didn’t want to be there. Hallway carpets were filthy, looks like hadn’t been shampooed in forever. Whole hallway smelled like weed. Room itself was ok. At checkout, again, no one there. Someone showed up (same girl as night before). She opened up the roll up window (begrudgingly). She didn’t offer a receipt (I had to ask for one—she reluctantly gave it to me), then immediately shut the window again. Not sure why keeping the window open and being accessible to your patrons seemed a bother for her. Strange. Perhaps some customer service training is due?
