The room was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly but for some reason, the power went out as soon as we walked into our room and that was a little scary, but then late at night we heard a loud bang on our door and it was some food delivery driver that insisted we ordered food even tho we were asleep and didn’t so that was very scary. After that I felt unsafe and my PTSD from living in the Middle East was triggered so I wasn’t able to fall asleep all night after. No hate to the place it was just an odd experience for me personally because of my past.

Well, there is nothing special but here was my take as a solo traveller from Canada. Pros: centrally located, 5 min walk from underground station. 30 min taxi ride from airport. Facility is clean and newly renovated. Decent breakfast and staffs are friendly in breakfast room. If you are looking for a clean place to crash while in london, it may work. Cons: rooms are ultra small. I was a solo traveler and took a double single use room which was suuposed to be 1 size bigger than a twin room. It was smaller than a typical bathroom in north america. There was no desk or chair incase you wanna catch up with emails for work or something. After placing the small bed, there is hardly any room. Felt suffocating. The temp control did not work. No amenities like phone, gym. No mini fridge inroom incase you need to keep your medication cool. These are houses converted to hotel so i guess they wanted to use every inch of space !! Expedia rating is misleading. Not saying it is bad but you have to check to see what they offer meets your need. And by the way, dont bother using expedia app message to contact property. They dont respond.

The cleaning staff in the morning was extremely loud. They spoke very loudly in the hallway and did not take into consideration that people could still be sleeping.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There was no taxi service there, the only transportation was their shuttle service, they charged me 20 euros for a short trip to the airport.
