I purchased a regular non-smoking king room via a third party. When I got there I was given a handicapped assessable room. The room smelled very moldy. I asked to change rooms. The staff changed my room, but kept stressing that this was a courtesy; nothing they had to do. Saying it more than once was a bit much! I supposed they wanted me to say, thanks for not having me sleep in a room that smelled like mold. The next morning when we went to eat breakfast there were so many coughing sick people in the breakfast area that I wanted to grab something quick like cereal. We got bowls of cereal and realized the facility did not have any spoons. I do not plan to stay here again.
