Great stay, convenient location!
We had a great experience at this hotel! Hope greeted us with a smile upon check-in, she was friendly, sweet, and accommodating, despite us arriving for a late checkin. The room was spacious and the beds were amazingly comfortable! The beautiful lake view and spacious walk in shower were a bonus also. The property is pet friendly, which was helpful since we were travelimg with our Maltipoo dogs. The hotel location is perfect, situated close to several places to eat and Starbucks within walking distance. The beach, St. Johns Town Center, and the University of North Florida are also very close by. Overall, this stay exceeded every expectation we had, and I will definitely keep this place on my list of favorites for this area!

My fav hotel in Jax
Everything was clean and beautiful. Only complaint is the room by the elevator is noisy and woke me each morning when people started using it. I could have switched but was unpacked. I used earplugs and white noise on my phone so I could sleep in.

This property was only 15 minutes from the town center mall, and only 20 minutes from downtown Jacksonville. The area was nice outside and the inside was very clean. Staff was friendly. I appreciated that checkout time wasn’t until 12 (without having to request a late checkout). There was a small shopping plaza right beside the hotel, where you could walk to, and it had eating options from Jimmy John’s to a Steakhouse. The wife and I will happily stay at a Hotel Indigo again
