Toilet would not stop running in the middle of the night until I adjusted the mechanism. The shower faucet was defective, could not get warm water for the shower. Complained to the front desk was given the name of the GM who would be in later that day. When expressing to the GM my concerns he stated he may not be able to comp the room due to 3rd party booking. I was still charged full price
