The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Before our stay the hotel emailed me to ask if they could do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. I thought that was very thoughtful. We had breakfast at the coffee shop which was delicious. The room was small but had everything we needed. Room looked like it was recently renovated.

Room was spotless and the Staff were extremely attentive. Good location to get up and on the road to Marmot first thing. Did not take advantage of the on site cafe but will be sure to give it a go next time we are there

Very friendly and professional staff. Room was clean and updated. Quiet place a bit far from downtown of Jasper but to be honest, it's a walking distance everywhere there. We'll stay in this wonderful hotel again.

Front end staff were very friendly and informative apon arrival. They were quick to respond to noise complaints we had about our neighbors. It is an older hotel and could do with some flooring renovations. Our room smelled like an old basement probably from the old carpet in there. It could also do with more mirrors in the room as the three of us had to share and wait for the bathroom mirror.
