Bad Experience of our stay 4 days 3 nights
The check in was delayed till 4:15pm and the counter told me let me stay until 2pm for the check out but the aircon was shut down at 12:30pm 😓 This is my 3rd stay and this time round we stayed for 4 days 3 nights The housekeeping was also delayed when we are out at 1pm and I purposely made a call to front desk asking them to make up my room but when we were back at 6pm The room was still not up yet And the bath room without the shoeing gel replenishment as well 😓

Excellent Stay
The location is excellent as it is next to CIQ and connected to a mall and just next to City Square. Very convenient if travelling with elderly and kids. Room size is comfortable for 3pax and condition of hotel is quite well maintain
