Great location,but the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbour talking. Lifts are slow, have to queue up. Breakfast was so-so, went down for one day and decided to skip the other days.

Love it!
Loved the room, location and fact that it is within Mid Valley. Superb value for money. Breakfast is ok with usual fare of cooked on the spot (eggs & noodles) and buffet style food.

Clean and Accessible Hotel
Apart that one of the electrical wall socket of room is faulty, all seems fine. Good view of the city from 20th floor, clean room, and very accessible due to the connecting mall downstairs.

The hotel location is excellent. Easy access to the mall with lots of food option.

The only issues were the breakfast every morning, not sufficient staffs to filled up the foods . Coffees machine down and alway don't have enough cups , bowls or plates. Also very long queue.
