When drove up, we were a bit worried that the rating we saw was incorrectFor an older motel, Wyndham has done a great job in updating the unit. Only few things still need attention, otherwise was definitely the correct rating.

It's Sonora, TX. You get what you get. But...urine under and behind the toilet seat, used beverages in the fridge, single-pane windows and gaps in the door, so not sealed at all, the wall AC/Heat wall unit was loud as heck, the bed only marginally softer than sleeping on the ground, and the window drapes completely ineffective at blocking light from coming inside, including from the well-lit walkways. Booked and paid for 2 nights, stayed only one. The people were nice, and the other guests were nice, but if you can't sleep? No tip left for cleaning staff for the one night we did stay because of the urine and used beverages in the fridge.
