Disappointing
This is more like a 3 star hotel than the listed 4 stars. It is tired and faded and seems to cater to too many groups with endless piles of suitcases and napsacks in the foyer. Carpets are worn and look dirty and the decor is a miss mash when it could be beautifully Swiss. It doesn’t seem as if the manager takes pride in this hotel which has the potential to be so special.

Great hotel with very nice staff. Perfectly well located in the center of the village. Swimming in the pool after hiking was extremely relaxing.

Sadly unbelievably uncomfortable beds detracted from this stay. Breakfast and location are great and service was good.
