Harrah's needs to be gutted and redone, no remodels within last 20 or so years. Our room had a musty smell. overlooked a roof. For over $200 a night, should have been better accommodations. On website everything looks nice, checked in and almost wish we would have driven the 3 1/2 more hours home. Not worth the money. Restaurant selection-3..1 way overpriced, and the other 2 noting spectacular. When checked out employee was on personal phone, looking at Facebook or something and I had to wait for her to get done scrolling.

Outside property was nice. The room #421 was so outdated. The door to the room looked like it had been beat on several times. Whole inside so was dated and our room was NOT worth the over $200 we paid for it. If we would have known how bad it was going to be, we would have kept driving north the 3 1/2 hours home.

Overall not a bad stay after switching rooms. They are in the middle of remodeling the older tower and the pictures of the room didn’t accurately portray the room. After swapping to another room it was wonderful. I can’t recommend the lower rooms but the premium rooms were excellent
