I think maybe putting an under construction sign would make it look a little better. But other wise the rooms and inside was beautiful!! Staff was very nice as well! Will stay again for sure! 10/10!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Mouse in the room, kept messing with wrappers behind the bed. I had to slap the bed or wall everything for it to not make noise. GROSS. I called front desk and they didn’t answer-3 separate times. Shower had no water pressure. Water would go limp 2-3 inches out of the shower head, could not soap out of my hair. Speaking of the shower, the shower curtain didn’t reach the floor. What was all over the floor, even the floor towel was down and soaked. The deadbolt on the door to our room didn’t work. The outside door to our hall was constantly open and never locked. Anyone could have walked into the hotel at any point, and never been seen by front desk. Security and safety were at an all time low.

Everyone there was very nice. That being said. The property was a Baymont and they are remodeling it. In their defense they probably jumped the gun on opening and in doing so maybe made some poor decisions. The shower insert had a tub filler installed. My room had no fridge, no coffee maker on 1st night, no phone, no WiFi in my room (it didn’t reach my room at the end of the hall) no breakfast in the lobby and the shower pan was so slick on my last morning I slipped and fell then watched a mouse run under the bed. All of this to say, I will be sticking to Hilton properties going forward because I travel nearly every week.
