This is by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. It started as soon as we checked in when the female employee heavy sighed when asked for a luggage cart. The listing shows a kitchenette in the rooms, however there was nothing to use in said kitchenette and the same employee was incredibly rude when asked if she would get those for us. It was a fight to even get a spatula. A different employee wasn't able to provide us with something as simple as coffee. There are also hidden deposit fees for just about everything if you read the sign at the front desk. Signs in the elevator even go so far as to say no alcohol allowed on the premises.
The one saving grace of this whole experience was Elaina. She was so sweet and helpful. Thank you Elaina!!!!
They have a problem with hot water and when I told them about it the person at the desk didn't even ask me my room number, they just shrugged and said that happens sometimes. The coffee machine in the room did not work because it had the wrong carafe and they did not do anything about it, the room was very cold and nothing could be done about the temperature in the room and they did not account for how many cars would be in their parking lot and when I got back to the hotel around midnight I could not park and had to park on the street. Poorly run, disorganized, and did not care about customers. When I tried to mention these things to the person at the desk (I thought maybe they would give me an extra blanket?) they would not do anything to help me.
