This is an older property that needs some updates. They staff were very nice and very helpful. Sits in a nice location next to the beach which was nice. It's about 1/4 mile from parts of the older Kaapa town area.

Pg ROS: -very close to the water -it had a functioning a/c unit -there is an awesome multiuse path that goes for miles in both directions that cuts through this property CONS: -this is an old, tired property. It needs a lot of TLC to restore it to its former glory -the area seems to attract lots of street folks -the bed is uncomfortable -cleanliness is less than desirable

The website shows nice rooms with ocean view Actual room was down a dirty hallway and overlooked a parking lot The room was dirty Bathroom tub was stained and disgusting was afraid to even shower Toilet dirty and stained Dont stay here

The property was located near shopping and restaurants. It is walkable but we ended up renting a car once we were there so we could explore further down the main highway where everything was located. Location was great. It was a smaller scale hotel with an excellent view of the ocean. It had the most beautiful sunrise views from the room. The staff at check in was so friendly. It was easy and quick to check out chairs/towels for the day. The room served its purpose. The air unit worked great, however it had dust bunnies in the vent when we arrived. The staff did come to the room to offer cleaning of the air vents while we were there. The bed was comfy. The walls were a little scuffed up but it was definitely worth the price compared to surrounding areas. I have already made my reservations to return to this hotel again for July
