I chose Kasa for the space and same price as a mid range hotel. It is a full size apartment with a huge walk-in closet, a patio with table and chairs, and 2 huge TVs with tons of channel choices. It is an incredible deal and one I will take advantage of every trip to Wilmington. The whole process was also contact free. The door has a key code and no card. Wonderful experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. The site was incredibly easy to access. They were accommodating with early check-in, offered late check out and extended stay. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend Kasa to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

It's a convenient location in a quiet area. Able to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice to be able to cook a meal rather than go out. Unfortunately, there was no ice in the ice maker, and the cutting boards are not meant to be used for food prep as they are not sealed.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable and both my wife and I hurt our backs trying to sleep on them. Both beds are spring beds and the king bed squeaks any move you make. There also aren’t any curtains in the room so it’s extremely bright in the rooms. The property is in a great location and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. If the sleeping situation was improved, I would recommend this place but unfortunately it was an extremely uncomfortable situation.
