Liked the location. 18 min walk to Duval street. Liked the parking on street close by. Didn't like the smaller bathroom with only one mirror in the whole unit. With 3 ladies traveling, another mirror would have helped.

The place is centrally located in the residential area. In a message from the management, the check-in hours were listed as 3 pm to 5:30 pm, but when we arrived at 5:05 pm, the office was already closed. Our room was upstairs with dangerous steep stairs. The room was clean but the bathroom had no place even for our tooth-brushes. They could have easily added a small table next to the sink. Breakfast was coffee, cereal, and tiny muffins.

This property was well maintained and the room was clean and very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and had a huge closet in the room which added to the space. The bathroom was small but accomodated us just fine. The continental breakfast had a variety of options. We stayed in a room at the front of the house so there was a lot of road noise. Also there was a wild rooster close to the house that crowed throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the best accomodation for you.

Nice property within walking distance to main key west tourist attractions.

Well located property for historic Key West. Nice and clean but very noisy. Probably no sound attenuation between the units for the late night partiers. Maintenance is lacking. Toilet rocks, both bath sink and shower handles broken or loose. Finally not sure what cleaning g product they are using on the shower stall, but VERY slick. Partially due to the quality of the shower insert they used in construction. Desk person very helpful with restaurant suggestions.

Very adequate. Basic and clean. No frills but does one really need those if just sleeping there? Somewhat of a long walk to the tourist spots. On street parking only.
