I paid $295 for this room in Key west. The hotel itself looks nice. The pool area is nice. However our room was a disaster. It was no bigger than a large closet. The toilet, sink and shower were in the bedroom with us. The toilet was about 5 ft from the end of our bed. And the bed was lumpy, old and miserable to sleep on. There was no space in the room for any chairs. The TV was above the door were the toilet was. It was so high you had to strain your neck to watch it. The room number was 110. I don’t know what the other rooms looked like but for $295 this was really bad.

Considering the price we paid for our room, the size and layout were very disappointing. Only the toilet was behind a door. The sink and shower were in the same room as the bed. In fact, the sink was about 3 inches away from one side of the bed. As soon as you open the outside door to enter the room, you run into the bed. The space between the end of the bed and the wall was so small that we couldn't get our suitcases past it. We had to push the suitcases across one side of the bed to the other. No closet or dresser to store clothes so we had to keep them in the suitcases. The location was walkable to Duval street, but even so the room was not worth half of what we paid.

Beautiful place to stay in Key West! Staff was so accommodating! Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning! My only request would be to heat the pool. It was cold.

Lovely overall, staff is great. They are always pleasant & can see a good team interaction. Needs more parking & a continental breakfast as not much real close for breakfast when want an easy start to the day.. it is vacation after all.

Great stay in Key West
Though the room was tiny, it was comfortable enough and the location of the hotel was terrific for getting to the places in Key West that we wanted to go. Having an off-street parking space was also a plus as we didn't need the car while we were there.

This place is beautiful and well manicured. The room was small buy clean. I didn’t have any problems while I was there. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and the front desk was wonderful. The only problem was low amount of parking which I only ran into once. All on street parking is labeled for residents only except for two spots right in front of the hotel. There is also a baker just around the corner for breakfast. It was wonderful.
