Good resort away from the main tourist area. Newer facility with lovely grounds, pools… stay here if you don’t mind using Uber or driving into the main area…they do also have a free shuttle

Got to the room, the carpet was not cleaned up, and never done my whole stay, I think they should of at least clean up the big things, I called the deck about it, I was told I had to order a full cleaning, I think a full cleaning should have been done before they put someone in the room,

We thoroughly loved our stay at Parrot Key. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only negative was that the bathroom needed to be updated. The vanity sat a little crooked and the sink kept running.

Was great place to stay the first two or three times we chose it. This time was awful, couldn’t check in till 5 mins before check in time, couldn’t get towels or soap and shampoo. Had to leave in middle of night to take my wife to emergency room. They ended up admitting her. Called the hotel next morning to tell them what happened and they said I had to get back and pack my stuff and check out before check out time. Oh well, just a little help would have been appreciated, especially considering I had rented a room for 8 days.

We liked this hotel. We will book again. The shuttle to downtown was very easy and convenient. Our room was quiet though the stairs to our room was a bit of a surprise. Loved sitting by the pool and relaxing. Staff was courteous...Katie was a great bartender who added a drink to her menu to quench our thirst. JetSki tour next door was great.

Second time staying here, love the property and its peacefulness. The buildings are getting a little bit older and do need a little maintenance done but all in all very nice. Bartender Chris is the best!!
