Open Kitchen, Vaulted Ceilings, screened in Amazing porch with water fountains & Amazing Lake View, Surrounded by Nature abundant.

The marina, next door, offers Pontoon rentals/food (seasonal)
Ramp on site also available.

Large open floor plan provides privacy with 3 guest rooms.
(1 additional, separate small room with twin bed off the master, making for 4th bedroom or kids room) and 2.5 baths .
Living room and kitchen are in an open area and is fully stocked.
Coffee and Wine Bar adjoin and Keurig coffee/ creamers supplied.
All cooking supplies, spices, tableware abundant and very nicely displayed.
Dining on the patio overlooking Beautiful Watt's Bar Lake.

Rooms:
One King Master with private bath.
Separate room in master provides 1 twin bed.
Three Queen with shared bath.
The 2 queen bedrooms (one with 2 beds the other with 1 bed) are on other side of the home from master suite.
Laundry room and half bath are centrally located.

Lake is an easy stroll on flat ground. Geese, deer, and misc wildlife are abundant. Golf cart can be use by adults only - no one under the age of 21 allowed to drive golf cart. Boat launch available. Please advise owner if bringing your own boat as second entry will be necessary for entry.

Located in East Tennessee on Watts Bar Lake and only 30 minutes from Tyson McGee (Knoxville) Airport. Shopping abundant and close to Dollywood, Gatlinberg, Pigeon Forge and many Hiking spots.

Guest have easy access to lake and plenty of furniture to use. Gentle entry into lake.
Patio has a dining table and living room with plenty of seating, fireplace, stereo, outdoor tv and views, views views. Second fireplace lakeside close to water.

My BEST VRBO stay to date!
If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing place to put your feetup and enjoy time with family, look no further. Not only was the property beautiful, this was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a VRBO. From a kitchen aid mixer to every pot, pan, and dish you could possibly need. The property owner is an absolute delight. She was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.
