Booked a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room with cigarette burns on the bedspread and office chair. The room was dirty and smelled awful. The water in the pool was green. We are not hard to please. When driving 10 hours one day then 10 hours the next you just want a clean room to sleep for 8 hours. We tried to last the night but woke up at midnight and left. The guy at reception was very nice.

Washcloths
Good overall. But they forgot washcloths. I used the hand towels instead. And they needed a do not disturb sign to hang on the outside of door. It was late and I was too tired to go to office to get washcloths but I did want to mention there was none. I thought I would tell them next morning but I forgot. In any case I hope they don't think I took 2 washcloths lol
