Worst Hotel Stay....
The room is very small. No cleaning service. The staffs can't speak English and poor front desk service including the Manager. When we made some requests or help, always rejected and never provide any solutions. We will not stay here anymore and will not recommend any friends to stay here too. There are many hotels, home stays apartments around that area. Regretted to book here.

1. They need to have English-speaking staff to support the influx of tourism into Japan. Especially in the Mount Fuji area. I was shocked to discover the staff could not speak English, even though I am a local and I’ve lived in Japan for over 30 years and so I switched to the native tongue yet it’s still not a resolution. This is one point you can definitely DO BETTER! 2. Beds are very hard! Had a terrible night sleep. Thank God it was just a one night crash due to the snowstorm making it too dangerous to drive back to Tokyo last night. I’ve stayed at the Toyoko Inn before and I don’t recall the bed being so hard. Otherwise, pretty standard, and all the other facilities in the room were just fine. Which is why I gave an overall average review. Toyoko Inn, please please work on these two points! Thank you.

This particular Toyoko Inn location offers free shuttle from and to Kawaguchiko station, which very convenient for us. And like other Toyoko Inns, their breakfast is spectacular as always. 10/10 will definitely stay here and other Toyoko Inns properties for out trip to Japan
