Es ist ein Neues Hotel und die Bauarbeiten sind noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen. Es ist ruhig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause.

Good value for the money
It is newly built hotel and rooms are very comfortable. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to the city center. Staff were very helpful and friendly only negative situation were the weird behaviour of the receptionist when I left the hotel at 19 November evening.

Unsere Dusche war kaputt und hat die Decke angespritzt. Diese war schon sehr beschädigt und hat gebröselt. Die Seife in der Dusche war auch leer. Wir haben der Dame an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben und sie hat nur gelacht. Auch war die Parkhaussituation nicht sehr einfach zu verstehen. Draussen war alles abgesperrt. Wir wollten dann im Parkhaus unser Ticket bezahlen. Das war nicht möglich. Ich bin dann wieder ins Hotel rein und dort war es auch nicht möglich. Ich wurde dann in das Hotel nebenan geschickt und dort habe ich nach kurzer Wartezeit eine Dame gefunden die mir helfen konnte. Zum Glück hatten wir es nicht eilig ansonsten wäre unsere Abreise ärgerlich gewesen.

Ein neues Niu Hotel mit sehr schön gestalteten Zimmern. Parkhaus befindet sich direkt am Hotel und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 900m entfernt, von dort aus ist man via SBahn innerhalb 6min direkt in Konstanz.

Der pancakeautomat hat mir große Freude bereitet. Trotz des guten Wetters konnte ich den warmen Regen in der Regendusche genießen. Würde wiederkommen!
