The room is so small, we can hardly move around. The sink is so tiny you can not even put your toothbrushes in there.

Small and cold room, staff are great.
We found the room very small and very cold. We were initially put in a double (I think) but the bed was very small for my husband (he stands at 2meters) or anyone who is even of average height. The receptionist was brilliant to very quickly think on his feet to offer us a wider bed for my husband to be more comfortable. There was very little space between the end of the bed and desk chair. The rooms have dehumidifiers because there is a lot of humidity due to the bathroom. We could not open the window. Otherwise, the service was generally good, the staff are helpful and there is a small free bus that takes you down to the harbour.

Overall great stay. We were at this hotel for 4 nights before a cruise. The positives: - staff is excellent. Quickly dealt with any requests. - clean; strong hot shower - convenient location. 10 minute walk to Olympic Station and about 20 minutes to Mongkok station. - mini refrig and kettle with tea/coffee - there is a shuttle that runs 10-6 which makes 4 stops. First one at a mall with the Mongkok MTR station; one near the Star Ferry - excellent Korean restaurant 2 minute walk; McDonald’s across the street also. The negatives - the hotel only has A/C. No heat. We were there during a cold spell - they did have a limited number of mini heaters We got one and it really helped. - the beds are very firm and sort-of short. They were kind and put two mattress toppers on for me. - there are only 2 elevators which at rush times was difficult especially with luggage - rooms are small. We knew that when we booked but there is really no place to put suitcases. We did not eat in the restaurant so I have no info on it. Overall it was an excellent stay for the price.

Excellent location. Free shuttle to MTR & malls.
Excellent location. Free shuttle to MTR, malls, Ladies Market and Temple Street. McDonald’s, supermarket and restaurants right across the street. Very clean and great customer service. Self service Laundry in the hotel is very convenient. Would definitely stay again.
