Underwhelming 2nd visit, probably no 3rd
Convenient location, underwhelming breakfast, strange scent and smell in the room. We were in room 1703 and the toilet kept having a smell...probably no deep clean ever? The scent picked for the room: we dun like it and there's no way to stop it. Air cond quite loud at night. Will need to seriously reconsider if I'd come for a 3rd time.

Good for western travelers
It’s a up-standard western style hotel. Everything is good for my purposes including cleanse, quietness, breakfast, and staff’s support. Hotel is in good location for transportation and leisure life.

This property was really nice, however the front desk is sometimes rude. My mom asked to break $100 hong kong money and the guy said they couldn’t. We then asked the lady that was near them working at the front and she did it no problem. Other than that, the property and amenities made the stay easy.

Nice location with walkable distance from shopping malls for shopping and dinning. Close to metro station and main road with wide choices of transportation for going around. A bit busy and crowded outside though Staff friendly and helpful
