A good stay.
We had a seamless check in. The hotel staff Mas Chee was friendly and polite. Vincent attended to us about something and he was pleasant. As an intern, I think he displayed good working attitude. During breakfast, we were served by Ira and she too gave great customer service. Will definitely come back.

This is nice hotel with shopping mall around and underneath the hotel. The is grocery store, money exchange place, pharmacy, eatery with all kinds of food in basement. A convenient place.

The hotel is great, have all the right facilities, convinient easy to go about in KL. Room is clean and comfy, delicious and reasonable price inroom dining. Area to improve, a few staff are rude with customer especially when they think we cant hear or see them.

I love the complimentary cookie during check in. The scent in the elevator is also quite pleasing. Had a pleasant stay overall. The only downside is probably the parking, where you might need to manually ask to leave the parking after validating your parking ticket.
