MO KL probably has one of the best Petronas Towers views then any other hotel. The staff and service are top notch as with all MO properties. The rooms are getting a little bit outdated but I know MO will begin restoration shortly to catch up with the newer properties surrounding it.

Better alternatives around
Sadly not in line with a typical MO experience. Felt a bit like a shopping mall, 30 minute queues for breakfast, hotel is fairly run down and old and the level of service is nothing like what you’d expect in their London or Istanbul offerings. Caveat to that is that their poolside team were excellent and incredibly attentive, and felt sorry for the breakfast team as they were rushing all over the place but couldn’t keep up with the sheer number of people.

Outstanding hotel and pool area
Stunning hotel. Excellent service across the board, very polite and enagaging in all areas. Worth paying for the Tower View room as it is amazing. The pool area was sensationally good with iced water served free of charge at your sun lounger. Super comfortable room with an amazing shower and good quality soaps etc. Really couldn't fault this hotel and will stay 100% the next time I'm in KL.

We came back for 2nd part of our honeymoon. MO did not disappoint all the staff are so welcoming and so lovely. We will definitely be back next year . The swimming pool in the MO is outstanding definitely the best in KL.
