the room size is big, but the flooring was disgusting, and the location is horrible, very limited transportation option, even taxi driver dont know where the hotel is located

Be careful! Make sure they give you the room you booked! This hotel is about a 5 minutes walk from the MTR. My friends and I (3 adults) booked a Premier Ease but was unfortunately given a smaller room. A room that sleeps at most two adults. Upon noticed the next day, we reached out to the front desk and he admitted fault but that it was not done intentionally. He informed us that the room we booked will be available two nights later. Therefore, we had the smaller room for 3 nights out of the 6 nights we booked. Unfortunately, they refused to make a price adjustment for the nights that we did not get our booked room.
