So i booked this through hotels.com booking the room was easy. When i booked it it was paid in advance. I always pay at the property for many reasons. I did not think it was a big deal. Got to the hotel and the front desk lady was rude and couldnt careless about anyone. Anyway she said that she needed a credit card for the room not un common to be asked i said the room was paid for she rudely said there was a hundred dollar deposit usually they just hold your card incase of extra charges damages i get that part by the time i figured out What was going on she charged my card. So today i ended with A over draft due to a payment that was already scheduled thanks for not stating when people reserve the room you guys take a hundred out and it doesnt appear back on the card when you return the100.00 dont blame it on my bank it should be posted on the website when booking. I will never stay there with that policy especially not being stated

Night service staff rated F
Service was not welcoming at all. Checked in later in the night. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Not very good water pressure in shower and took forever to get warm. Parts of hotel very outdated. Smelled of Marijuana in the hall on third floor. Will not stay at again.
